Don More, a Partner at Updata Advisors, provides M&A advisory services to technology companies.  He focuses on IT security, internet/new media and other high-growth markets. Since joining Updata in 1998, Mr. More has helped consummate more than 40 transactions with such buyers as CA, IBM, Quest and Symantec. Mr. More actively writes and speaks about IT areas of interest. He has presented at the RSA Conference and has been published or quoted in such publications as the Boston Globe and The Daily Deal.

Before joining Updata, Mr. More served as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York City, where he was involved in providing M&A and corporate finance services to technology companies. Prior to that, Mr. More was an M&A attorney at Davis, Polk & Wardwell, and at Shearman & Sterling in Manhattan.  Mr. More also worked at JPMorgan's corporate office prior to law school.

Mr. More received a JD with distinction from Columbia Law School (received the graduation prize for legal advocacy), and a B.A. from Yale University, where he graduated magna cum laude with distinction.
