Braden Snyder is a General Partner at Updata Partners. He manages Updata’s investments in Adthena, Benivo, ContactMonkey, LandTech, Living Security, Matilda Cloud, MD Integrations, and Shufti. His prior experience includes working with portfolio companies such as Bridge2 Solutions (sold to ICE (NYSE)), Glassbox (IPO), Homesnap (sold to CoStar), Mashable (sold to Ziff Davis), Netwrix (recapitalized by TA Associates and Centerbridge), Ruby (sold to Undisclosed Strategic), and PulsePoint (sold to Internet Brands/WebMD). In addition to leading and managing investments, Braden oversees the firm’s new deal origination efforts.
Dan Moss is a Partner at Updata Partners. He works closely with current portfolio companies including Acuity Insights, First Insight, FusionAuth, Liongard, and Piano Software. He has also worked with several exited portfolio companies, including Bradford Networks (sold to Fortinet), Bridge Energy Group (sold to Accenture), HG Insights (sold to Riverwood Capital), M86 (sold to Trustwave), Nintex (acquired by TPG Capital), and Storyblocks (sold to Great Hill Partners). In addition to his investment responsibilities, Dan manages capital markets activity for our portfolio companies.
