Erica Snow is an Executive Assistant at Updata Partners, bringing experience from her previous role at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was the Director of Operations for the women’s basketball program.

Snow holds a B.A. in Communications and Media Arts from Montclair State University, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team. She also earned her M.A. from VCU’s Center for Sport Leadership.
