Ian Belloli is a Senior Associate for Portfolio Value Creation at Updata Partners, bringing experience from L.E.K. Consulting, where he focused on private equity due diligence and growth strategy engagements across software and business services. Ian also worked in internal strategy at Weave Communications (NYSE: WEAV), a SaaS company serving small businesses. He began his career with Teach for America, teaching middle school STEM in Hawaii.

Belloli holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.
